A New Day Dawns canvas print by Steve Henderson. Bring your artwork to life with the texture and depth of a stretched canvas print. Your image gets printed onto one of our premium canvases and then stretched on a wooden frame of 1.5" x 1.5" stretcher bars (gallery wrap) or 5/8" x 5/8" stretcher bars (museum wrap). Your canvas print will be delivered to you "ready to hang" with pre-attached hanging wire, mounting hooks, and nails.

We share so much with people from the past, people we never knew and talked to, but ones we could connect with if we had.
Consider mornings, for example. All of us, throughout humanity, experience mornings. Nowadays, it may be with a tinny sound from our digital phone, alerting us to get up and go about doing our “modern” things.
Or our mornings may be quieter, calmer, an opportunity for us to think upon the day to come, reflect upon the one before, and decide to try something different, or pursue more deeply something we have tried before, to change, or to continue walking our same path, to explore and wonder and seek.
This is what the woman in the artwork, A New Day Dawns, is doing. Standing behind the decorative balustrade at the edge of the city, Polignano a Mare in Apulia, southern Italy, she closes her eyes and lets the warmth of the morning sun brush lightly across her face. About Steve Henderson
I am a fine art painter who creates representational images celebrating light, life, and color. A commercial illustrator for more than 20 years, I have been painting for most of my life, and in the last 18 years have focused exclusively on fine art. I celebrate images that invite the viewer to step into the artwork and experience a sense of joy, peace, freedom, encouragement, meditation, and thought. There's a lot of angry art out there, as well as a lot of shallow pop. I choose to use the abilities and experience I have to promote beauty and goodness.
