For all that media talks about “saving the planet,” the “solutions” it propounds have much to do with strengthening the power of corporations and the very wealthy at the expense of the right to live, decently and with dignity, by ordinary people. Or, for that matter, for the planet to be a place where clean water, clean air, and good food and enough of it for all are a priority. To the Planet Masters, profits rule, and when profits rule, both nature and humanity are attacked.
The artwork, Crystal Clear, takes the viewer to a place where the water is fresh and uncontaminated by industrial waste, where the air is not filled with smog and smoke. It is silent here, peaceful, and the animals that live in the forest and around the lake go about their lives without worrying about cars and drones, litter and garbage, or the intrusive interference of those human beings who see pristine landscapes as great places t...
I am a fine art painter who creates representational images celebrating light, life, and color. A commercial illustrator for more than 20 years, I have been painting for most of my life, and in the last 13 years have focused exclusively on fine art. I celebrate images that invite the viewer to step into the artwork and experience a sense of joy, peace, freedom, encouragement, meditation, and thought. There's a lot of angry art out there, as well as a lot of shallow pop. I choose to use the abilities and experience I have to promote beauty and goodness.
